Attention: Minor errors in grammar, spelling and punctuation have been corrected. In addition, the maps in the second printing have been edited to more closely align with the maps in Exploring the World Through Cartography, while retaining the appropriate simplicity for Foundations.
One other change is also noteworthy. The subtitle of the curriculum has been changed from “United States Curriculum” to “English Language.” This was done in order to accommodate international English-speaking communities.
